Dadachanji Group’s engineering arm, KAIRISH Innotech, is unveiling next-generation solutions for sterile manufacturing and cleanroom technology. Highlights include the fully automated universal filling machine with speeds up to 100 pieces per minute and real-time monitoring, an autoloading system for aluminium seals and rubber stoppers, reliable passboxes with HEPA filtration and innovative gasket protection, precision change parts tailored to line requirements, and custom needles made from SS 316L for diverse applications with flexible,weld-free designs.

Sovereign Pharma, our dedicated contract manufacturing arm for injectable products, has achieved remarkable milestones within a span of two years, including approvals from the EU GMP and ANVISA. Sovereign has rapidly emerged as a trusted global partner of choice, with leading pharmaceutical companies selecting it to manufacture their flagship products globally, reinforcing India’s growing strength in sterile manufacturing excellence.

Complementing this engineering excellence, KAISHA Packaging, the silent guardian of sterile drug delivery, will showcase its comprehensive range of aluminium seals (CTD, CTO, FTO) and injection molded products, including vial adapters, Sycure AD & TE systems, intra-dermal adapters, spray connectors and IV and injection ports. Together, these innovations represent the Dadachanji Group’s pursuit of safety, sterility and sustainability, ensuring reliability from the factory floor to the final dose.

Q. Summarise the Dadachanji Group’s recent investments and innovations across its various entities, including KAISHA Packwell, KAISHA Packaging and the function of KAIRISH Innotech.

Rishad Dadachanji: The Group is continuously investing in expanding its portfolio and upgrading its sites to stay one step ahead of the curve, having invested over INR 500 crore in the past three years. Of this, INR 250 crore was directed towards Sovereign to upgrade and modernise its existing site, by adding isolator lines, even though the plant is already EU-, ANSIVA-, and MHRA-approved.

KAISHA Packwell has also been expanded with a fully automated corrugated line. Beyond facilities, the Group continues to pioneer innovation. KAISHA Packaging has introduced a first-of-its-kind aluminium seal with a hidden tamper-evident feature, readable only by a dedicated device, a breakthrough in the fight against counterfeiting.

Recently, the Group launched KAIVEXIN (Enoxaparin Sodium for Injection), a highly efficacious product comparable to the European innovator, which is performing strongly in the market and winning the trust of more and more doctors and patients. The latest, under-construction biological plant, Sovevax Biologics, is creating the future of biologics and vaccines with state-of-the-art facilities designed to meet global standards.
