Valiant Advanced Sciences, a wholly owned material subsidiary of Valiant Laboratories, has commenced commercial operations at its new greenfield manufacturing facility located at Saykha GIDC, Bharuch, Gujarat.

The commissioning of the facility marks a major milestone for the company as it strengthens backward integration, diversify its product portfolio, and establishes a stronger foothold in the speciality chemicals sector.

The new plant is dedicated to the production of Acetic Anhydride, a key chemical in the Ketene and Diketene derivatives category, serving both domestic and international markets.

Developed with a substantial investment, partly funded through the Initial Public Offering (IPO) proceeds of Valiant Laboratories, the facility is equipped with state-of-the-art manufacturing technology and a dedicated R&D centre to support future product development and innovation.

Valiant Laboratories, the parent company, is a pharmaceutical manufacturer specialising in high-quality Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), with a strong presence in the Paracetamol API segment.
