ACG Engineering, the engineering arm of ACG Group, has appointed Nikhil Kulkarni as Group Chief Executive Officer. He will lead the division’s strategic direction and operations from ACG’s Pune headquarters, reporting directly to Karan Singh, Managing Director, ACG.

Kulkarni brings over two decades of experience in the global automotive industry, with expertise in product strategy, business development, P&L management, and lifecycle execution. His leadership journey includes key roles at Tata Autocomp Hendrickson Suspension, Minda Corporation, Faurecia Clean Mobility (FORVIA), and Stoneridge Inc. He has worked extensively across India, the US, Europe, and China.

Throughout his career, he has spearheaded projects in power electronics, emission systems, driver information systems, and fuel economy technologies across multiple vehicle platforms. His qualifications include a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati and a Bachelor’s in Production Engineering from Shivaji University. He is also a certified Six Sigma Master Black Belt and DFSS professional.
