Advanta bioKEMIX, the Indian subsidiary of the global bioKEMIX network, has entered into a joint venture with Goa-based solvent manufacturer Resolkem to strengthen its presence in the high-purity chemicals segment and build an integrated manufacturing ecosystem in India.

The partnership has resulted in the incorporation of a new entity, Resolkem, jointly promoted by Advanta bioKEMIX and Resolkem founder Anand Malage, an industry veteran with previous experience at Cipla. The newly formed company will acquire and operate Resolkem’s existing business and manufacturing assets, which were previously managed as a sole proprietorship.

The joint venture combines Resolkem’s expertise in manufacturing high-purity GCHS solvents with Advanta bioKEMIX’s strengths in global market access, distribution capabilities and supply chain integration. Through this collaboration, the partners aim to create a leading platform for the production of high-purity solvents serving industries such as pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, life sciences, specialty chemicals and advanced materials.

The initiative comes at a time when global industries are increasingly seeking reliable, high-quality and geographically diversified supply chains for critical chemical inputs. By integrating manufacturing excellence with international market connectivity through the bioKEMIX network, Resolkem aims to establish itself as a trusted global supplier of essential high-purity solvents.
