Alembic Pharmaceuticals Ltd. has announced the appointment of Dr. Sachin Ghosalkar as Senior Vice President – Supply Chain Management (SCM) and Operations, designated as Senior Management Personnel of the company. The appointment was disclosed in a stock exchange filing on July 21, 2025.

A seasoned professional in the pharmaceutical industry, Dr. Ghosalkar brings nearly three decades of evolving experience across supply chain management and operations.

Prior to joining Alembic, he served as the Global Head – Supply Chain Management at ACG Pharmapack Private Ltd. for the past 1.6 years. He has also held key leadership positions at Indoco Remedies and Cipla.

In a separate filing, Alembic informed the BSE that a meeting of its Board of Directors will be held on August 5, 2025, to consider and approve the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.

The company also noted that, in line with its Code of Conduct for Regulating, Monitoring and Reporting of Trading by Designated Persons and their Immediate Relatives, the trading window for dealing in its securities—which has been closed since July 1, 2025—will reopen 48 hours after the financial results are announced.
