AMSBIO’s latest portfolio offers a suite of cytokines for organoid culture, including Activin A, BMP-4, EGF, FGF-4, FGF-10, FGFb, FGF8b, HGF, IGF1, Noggin, R-Spondin 1, Shh, and Wnt3a. These cytokines feature endotoxin levels below 0.01 EU/μg and are characterised by high activity, high purity, and high lot-to-lot consistency.
Supplied as ready-to-use formulations, these products are extremely easy to use with simple and convenient protocols. Beneficially, each cytokine for organoid culture kit is highly effective at preserving the structural and genetic characteristics of normal mammalian tissues, maintaining the heterogeneity of the original tissue.
