Aragen, a global Contract Research, Development and Manufacturing Organisation (CRDMO), has named Aniel Khubchandani as Chief Executive Officer of its Development and Manufacturing Solutions division. He will also join Aragen’s Management Council and will be based in Hyderabad.
Welcoming him to the team, Manni Kantipudi, CEO of Aragen Life Sciences, said, “Development and Manufacturing Solutions is a key growth vertical for Aragen, and I’m pleased to have Aniel join us at this pivotal time. With over three decades of leadership in pharmaceuticals and specialty chemicals, his expertise in life sciences, commercial operations, and strategic initiatives will be instrumental in driving the next phase of growth.”

Before joining Aragen, Aniel served as CEO of Sekhmet Pharmaventures and Co-CEO of Jubilant Ingrevia, where he led key business transformations. His career spans expertise in organic growth strategies, M&A, digital B2B marketing, enterprise risk management, licensing, and execution of strategic business plans.
He is a certified Independent Director (IICA), a Six Sigma Black Belt, and an alumnus of IIT, IIM, and the Kellogg School of Management.
