Cipla has entered into an exclusive license and supply agreement with Chia Tai Tianqing Pharmaceutical Group (CTTQ), a subsidiary of SBP Group, for rolditamig deuderuxtecan (TQB2102), an investigational HER2 bispecific Antibody-Drug Conjugate (ADC).

Under the agreement, Cipla will receive exclusive rights to develop and commercialise TQB2102 in India, South Africa and five other emerging markets. Cipla will oversee local clinical development, regulatory activities and commercialisation, while CTTQ will manufacture and supply the therapy.

TQB2102 is a next-generation HER2 dual-epitope bispecific ADC developed by SBP Group. The candidate is being evaluated in HER2-expressing cancers and has shown encouraging clinical potential in patients with HER2-low advanced breast cancer.

The collaboration combines CTTQ’s oncology development and manufacturing capabilities with Cipla’s regulatory, medical, market access and commercial expertise across the licensed territories. The companies aim to accelerate local development and regulatory processes and expand patient access, subject to applicable approvals.

The agreement further strengthens Cipla’s oncology portfolio while supporting SBP Group’s strategy of expanding the global reach of its internally developed medicines.
