Cold Chain Technologies (CCT), a leading global provider of thermal packaging solutions for temperature-sensitive products in the life sciences industry, has announced a new partnership with E and I Cooperative Services, marking its expansion into the growing education sector.

E and I Cooperative Services is a member-owned, non-profit sourcing cooperative serving the education industry.

This agreement will benefit more than 6,000 E and I member institutions – including colleges, universities, K-12 schools and research labs – with fast-tracked access to CCT’s trusted cold chain solutions. The products will support a range of educational needs, including scientific research, lab operations, and training in medicine, nursing and other health sciences.

“CCT’s extensive portfolio of high-performance cold chain containers is already widely trusted across life sciences and pharmaceutical industries. Through our partnership with E and I, we’re looking forward to bringing that same level of performance to the education sector,” said Jim Goebel, Senior Business Development Manager at Cold Chain Technologies.

“This collaboration not only gives E and I’s members efficient access to industry-leading cold chain solutions but also allows us to expand into a growing sector where temperature control is increasingly critical,” he added.

As part of the agreement, CCT will offer its Rx Series, Rx Naturals line and Advanced SU Conditioned setups to all E and I members through the cooperative’s contract portfolio.

Following CCT’s recent acquisition of Tower Cold Chain last year, the partnership also includes access to the Tower KTEvolution family of transport solutions for small-parcel shipments.
