Entod Pharmaceuticals has entered into academic collaborations with Dnyaan Prasad Global University (DPGU) and SVKM’s Dr. Bhanuben Nanavati College of Pharmacy (Autonomous), Mumbai (BNCP), to support pharmaceutical research, formulation development and skill building.

Under a five-year Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with DPGU, Entod will establish a framework for joint research projects, scientific publications, patent-related activities and research proposals. The agreement also provides for potential collaboration in conferences, certification programmes, faculty and student training and internships, subject to mutually agreed terms.

The collaboration aims to strengthen links between academic research and pharmaceutical development. Selected research facilities, Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP)-oriented training and industry mentorship may also be made available to DPGU faculty and researchers, subject to prior approval and agreed conditions.

Separately, Entod's collaboration with BNCP focuses on the research project titled “Formulation, Development and Evaluation of Topical Drug Delivery System.” Under the academic supervision of Dr. Prachi Pimple, faculty member and project guide at BNCP, the partnership covers research, formulation development, testing and evaluation activities related to the project.

Nikkhil K. Masurkar, CEO and Global Head of Innovation at Entod Pharmaceuticals, said the collaboration with DPGU aims to combine academic expertise, industry experience and research infrastructure to help young researchers develop ideas with potential real-world healthcare applications.

Dr. Snehal S. Chakorkar, Assistant Professor and Innovative Ambassador at DPGU's School of Pharmacy and Research, said industry–academia partnerships can help translate laboratory research into practical products and solutions. She added that the association aims to encourage students and research guides to pursue innovation and develop industry-relevant solutions.
