Freudenberg Medical will showcase its biopharma tubing and custom assembly solutions at CPHI & PMEC India 2025 from November 25–27. The global manufacturer has introduced its CleanAssure system, a cleanroom-based sanitary washing and drying workstation that uses ultra-purified water and filtered air to enhance safety for single-use tubings and assemblies.

The company has also expanded its single-use assembly capabilities by adding over-molded silicone T, Y and cross connectors designed to ensure smooth fluid flow and reduce leakage risks. Freudenberg continues to offer standard and custom tubings, including Gamma-sterilized options.

In September 2025, Freudenberg Medical opened a second manufacturing facility in Costa Rica with an investment of USD 25 million. The 50,000-square-foot site includes three ISO Class 7 cleanrooms, with plans to double capacity within three years.

The company recently achieved ISO 14001 certification across 11 global locations as part of its push toward carbon neutrality, and two manufacturing sites now operate on 100 percent renewable electricity. Freudenberg’s identical facilities in the USA and Germany support secure supply and short lead times, backed by sales and service teams in India and Germany.
