Innovative Lab Services has announced the acquisition of Analytical Instrument Management (AIM), a leading provider of refurbished analytical instrumentation.

The acquisition significantly expands ILS’s capabilities in equipment sales, enabling the combined platform to deliver a full lifecycle solution for laboratory customers. ILS now provides high-quality refurbished instruments with regionally delivered maintenance and service support.

AIM is recognised for its expertise in sourcing, refurbishing, and supplying analytical instruments, particularly across GC, GC/MS, HPLC, LC/MS and ICPMS platforms. By combining AIM’s equipment capabilities with ILS’s national field service organisation, customers will benefit from a single partner capable of supporting both instrument acquisition and long-term service requirements.

The AIM division and its team will continue to operate as part of the ILS platform, maintaining its tenured customer relationships and commitment to quality while leveraging ILS’s commercial reach, engineering resources, and national footprint.
