Lupin Manufacturing Solutions (LMS), a subsidiary of Lupin, has entered into a long-term strategic partnership with PolyPeptide Group AG, a global contract development and manufacturing organisation specialising in peptide-based active pharmaceutical ingredients. The alliance is designed to strengthen supply chain resilience, boost operational efficiency, and accelerate growth opportunities in the expanding global peptides market. It also aims to advance next-generation peptide therapeutics, particularly for metabolic disorders, supporting long-term growth for both companies.

Under this collaboration, LMS and PolyPeptide will broaden sourcing options and reinforce peptide supply chains to meet rising worldwide demand for peptide APIs, including those used in metabolic disease treatments. The companies will integrate procurement and supply planning to ensure consistency in quality, reliability, and global service delivery.

The partnership enhances LMS’s position as a CDMO supplier of peptide materials for both innovator and generic markets, while further solidifying PolyPeptide’s role as a trusted CDMO partner.
