Nandani Medical Laboratories has entered into a strategic collaboration with Shanghai-based pharmaceutical machinery innovator Xin Weisheng to advance intelligent pharma quality in India. 

The collaboration allows Nandani to integrate Xin Weisheng’s AI-enabled visual inspection systems into its production lines, enhancing accuracy, speed, and consistency in quality assurance. These advanced systems support manufacturers in meeting evolving global regulatory standards.  

With a client base spanning over 40 countries, Xin Weisheng’s global footprint is further solidified through its enduring partnership with Nandani Medical Laboratories. Since 2019, Nandani has successfully implemented Xin Weisheng’s automated inspection solutions, resulting in significant operational efficiencies and more reliable in-line quality control.

The AI-enabled machines operate at high speeds of 400–600 bottles per minute, and are capable of detecting a broad spectrum of defects without the need for manual pre-programming.

This has resulted in a 70 percent increase in detection efficiency compared to traditional visual inspection methods, allowing Nandani to boost throughput while minimising quality risks.
