Novartis India has appointed M/s. DC Dave and Co., a firm of practicing cost accountants, as the cost auditors of the company for the financial year 2025–26. The firm will receive a remuneration of INR 1,50,000 for its services, Novartis India announced in a filing with the BSE.

The appointment was approved by the company’s Board of Directors at its meeting held on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, following a recommendation from the Audit Committee.

M/s. DC Dave and Co. is a leading firm of practicing cost accountants with experience in delivering comprehensive professional services across cost audit, compliance and assurance and consulting.

At the same meeting, the Board also approved the company’s unaudited financial statements for the quarter ended June 30, 2025.
