Piramal Alternatives, the fund management division of the Piramal Group, has invested INR 215 crore in Kolors Healthcare India, a wellness chain in South India, to support the company’s next phase of growth and expansion.

The investment has been made through Piramal Alternatives’ India Credit Opportunities Fund II (PCF II) and is aimed at strengthening Kolors Healthcare’s operational and service capabilities. He highlighted Kolors’ established brand, differentiated presence in the wellness and preventive healthcare segment, focus on customer outcomes and continued investment in technology and service innovation.

Venkata Shivaji Kuna, Executive Director, Kolors Healthcare India, said the partnership would help address India’s growing wellness needs through solutions that are accessible, personalised and outcome-driven. Through Kolors 2.0, the company aims to build a stronger wellness platform focused on lifestyle and preventive healthcare requirements across the country.
