Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has entered into a strategic partnership with Unilab, Inc., one of the Philippines’ largest pharmaceutical and healthcare companies, to modernise its core business systems through a comprehensive cloud migration initiative. The transformation aims to strengthen Unilab’s digital infrastructure, streamline operations, and support its long-term growth ambitions.

As part of the engagement, TCS will help Unilab transition from its legacy enterprise resource planning (ERP) system to a cloud-based digital core powered by SAP S/4HANA on RISE. The migration is designed to simplify operations, enable real-time insights, and enhance data-driven decision-making. TCS will deliver the end-to-end programme—covering strategy, design, governance, system implementation, data migration, testing, and change management.

The partnership will help preserve Unilab’s process expertise while harmonising operations, enhancing analytics, strengthening supply chain resilience, and improving compliance.
