Global clinical research organisation Trialt has announced a strategic collaboration with Viedoc to enhance the efficiency, quality and speed of clinical trials. The partnership aims to support sponsors in accelerating study timelines, improving data quality and enabling more informed decision-making throughout the clinical research lifecycle.
Viedoc’s cloud-based eClinical platform integrates data capture, management and reporting into a unified system, allowing sponsors and CROs to conduct clinical trials with greater transparency and efficiency. Its flexible, low-code design enables faster study setup and launch, while real-time access to operational and clinical data ensures better oversight. The platform’s electronic data capture (EDC) capabilities include built-in validation, audit trails and global regulatory compliance, helping maintain high data integrity from the outset.
Through this collaboration, Trialt’s expertise in biometrics—including biostatistics, statistical programming and data management—will complement Viedoc’s technology. The integration is expected to streamline the transition from data collection to analysis, interpretation and regulatory submission, reducing inefficiencies and improving overall study outcomes.
The partnership is designed to create a more connected clinical trial ecosystem, where data collection and insights are closely aligned. This approach is expected to minimise delays, reduce rework and allow research teams to focus on advancing studies rather than resolving data issues.
Yaroslav Sud, Vice President of biometrics at Trialt, said, “Clinical trials succeed when data, technology, and expertise work together. The collaboration with Viedoc provides sponsors with a clear pathway from data capture to analysis, enabling faster progress and stronger decision-making.
The collaboration will support a wide range of studies, including global and decentralised trials, where coordination and real-time visibility are critical. Early alignment between data capture and downstream biometrics is expected to improve efficiency and keep clinical programs on track.
“At Viedoc, we believe strong partnerships are key to delivering successful clinical trials,” said Adam Alsén, business development manager at Viedoc. He noted that combining Viedoc’s platform with Trialt’s expertise will provide sponsors with both the technological and operational capabilities needed to run high-quality studies.
Trialt operates across eight countries, offering specialized services in biostatistics, statistical programming, data management and medical writing. Viedoc, meanwhile, delivers a web-based eClinical suite centred on EDC, designed to simplify data collection, management, and analysis while ensuring compliance and collaboration across research teams.
