Valkit.ai, Conval Group Join Forces to Drive AI-powered Digital Validation in India

Valkit.ai, a next-generation digital validation platform, has announced a strategic partnership with Life Science Consulting Pvt Ltd, a Conval Group company, to expand its presence in India. The alliance positions Conval, a 25-year validation services leader, as Valkit.ai’s country partner, bringing AI-driven validation technology to pharmaceutical markets across Asia and Europe.

The collaboration integrates Valkit.ai’s cloud-native platform—which promises up to 80 percent reduction in lifecycle validation costs and 50 percent faster execution times—with Conval’s track record of completing over 3,000 validation projects for more than 200 global pharmaceutical companies, including Novartis, Pfizer, Sanofi, Roche, and GSK.

The partnership aims to address inefficiencies in the global testing and commissioning market, estimated at USD 254 billion in 2024 and projected to grow to USD 366.9 billion by 2033. Traditional validation processes, still largely paper-based, are resource-heavy and prone to compliance risks—challenges the partners aim to resolve with AI-powered solutions.

“Conval is an established leader in the Indian market, and we are delighted to partner with them there and beyond,” said Hugh Devine, CEO of Valkit.ai. “This marks a watershed moment where 25 years of expertise meets cutting-edge AI technology. Together, we are offering an integrated solution that significantly reduces validation timelines while ensuring quality and compliance.”

Unlike conventional “paper on glass” systems, Valkit.ai’s platform enables deployment in 4–6 weeks compared to months for legacy systems, with zero implementation fees. Its proprietary AI framework ensures compliance with global standards, including 21 CFR Part 11, EU Annex 11, and Chinese NMPA.

Arjun Guha Thakurta, Director of Operations, Life Science Consulting, highlighted the significance of the tie-up for Indian pharma, which exported USD 30.5 billion worth of products in 2025. “This technology arrives at a crucial time as Indian pharma eyes USD 60–65 billion exports by 2030. With over 30 trained consultants certified by Valkit, we are ready to deliver next-gen validation projects combining regulatory expertise with AI-driven efficiency,” he said.

The alliance is expected to accelerate digital transformation in pharmaceutical manufacturing, aligning with Industry 4.0 goals, and establish India as a hub for advanced digital validation.
