Vivanza Biosciences has announced the appointment of Sarang Bharatbhai Pathak as Additional Director (Non-Executive – Non-Independent) of the company.

The appointment was approved by the Board of Directors at its meeting held on August 30, 2025, following the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee.

In his new role, Pathak will oversee Vivanza’s comprehensive portfolio encompassing sales and marketing, sourcing, deal negotiation, stakeholder relations, operational oversight, strategic leadership, and risk management.

Pathak brings over two decades of extensive experience across the service industry, business-to-government liaison and consultancy, as well as commodity exports and marketing at both national and international levels. He holds a Diploma in Civil Engineering.

Currently, Pathak also serves as Managing Director of Adline Chem Lab.

Headquartered in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, Vivanza Biosciences is engaged in pharmaceutical manufacturing and marketing, alongside operations in the bioscience sector.
